Synagogoue as AIDS Memorial was a follow-up to the Synagogue bronze of 1985. This piece exists as a plaster original and is more "complete" than the earlier version, i.e. her accoutrements or "attributes" have been added. Synagogue as AIDS Memorial was shown at the Queens Musuem in 1991.
